[Being pulled into Seifer's arms helps a little. Those arms around him and the way Seifer feels under him is nice even if it's not something he can ever really remember feeling. It does seem to at least stop Squall's repetitive apologies for now, even if he is still upset. Zell remembered his times with Seifer, why couldn't he? What was wrong with him that he couldn't?]
