Once he has all the gifts set he puts Lucky's leash on and the two of them head up the apartment stairs to the roof. It takes some time since it's a lot of steps for Lucky but Squall wants to make sure his excitable puppy gets a work out. He will totally spoil him and carry him back down after.
When they finally make it to the roof Seifer is already there and Squall's hands are too full to wave so he just nods at him.]
